U Srbiji je ova digitalna platforma naro\u010dito dokazala svoju \u201edru\u0161tvenu\u201c komponentu tokom majskih poplava, jer su se preko nje ljudi odli\u010dno organizovali pri raspore\u0111ivanju volontera i sakupljanju pomo\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kako je biznis reagovao na ovu specifi\u010dnu dru\u0161tvenu mre\u017eu i da li ju je iskoristio adekvatno? Mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da je Twitter prili\u010dno kontroverzno marketin\u0161ko sredstvo. Mnoge kompanije su postigle impozantan uspeh putem Twittera i uspele da plasiraju svoje proizvode i usluge kao nikada ranije. Njegov glavni kvalitet je \u2013 li\u010dna komunikacija izme\u0111u brenda i korisnika, koja gradi poverenje i poja\u010dava brend kao nijedna druga marketin\u0161ka metoda.<br \/>\nZa dobar imid\u017e brenda nije neophodan veliki broj pratilaca na ovoj mre\u017ei. Najva\u017enije je pokazati korisnicima da znaju da, ako vas prate na Twitteru, bi\u0107e u toku sa relevantnim informacijama i mo\u0107i \u0107e da komuniciraju sa vama, daju sugestije i eventualno re\u0161e problem zajedno sa vama.<br \/>\nTwitter je veoma popularan u medijskoj industriji, i mo\u017ee se koristiti kao oblik odnosa sa javno\u0161\u0107u. Ostale privredne grane su tako\u0111e veoma aktivne na Twitteru i uklju\u010duju tehnologije, ugostiteljstvo, sport, zabavu i izdava\u0161tvo. Postavljajte sliku ili video uz tweet<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Twitter je sproveo istra\u017eivanje nad dva miliona tvitova i do\u0161lo se do zaklju\u010dka da tweet sa slikom mo\u017ee da pove\u0107a broj ritvitova za 35%, a same \u0161anse da se tweet ritvituje su ve\u0107e za 150% ukoliko u sebi ima sadr\u017eanu sliku.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. \u201eFejvujte\u201c dobre tweetove ili \u201emen\u0161ne\u201c (pominjanja)<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na ovaj na\u010din pokazujete da vam se svi\u0111a ne\u010dija misao i da samim tim obra\u0107ate pa\u017enju na to \u0161ta korisnik pi\u0161e. Ukoliko vas \u201emen\u0161nuje\u201c (eng. mention, pomene u tvitu), odli\u010dan je pristup da mu odgovorite, jer tako pokazujete da vam je stalo.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Efektivno ritvitujte<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Opcija \u201eretweet\u201c nekada deluje kao najlogi\u010dniji korak nakon men\u0161na (naro\u010dito ukoliko je on pohvalan), ali sa ovim treba biti umeren, iz dva razloga: najpre jer mo\u017ee do\u0107i do \u201ezagu\u0161enja\u201c ukoliko se previ\u0161e koristi, i drugo \u2013 \u0161to korisnik i ne mo\u017ee da dobije pravu povratnu informaciju o tome \u0161ta je ta\u010dno zna\u010dio va\u0161 ritvit.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Analizirajte va\u0161 nastup<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Po\u017eeljno je da za svaku dru\u0161tvenu mre\u017eu odredite strategiju nastupa, a za Twitter \u2013 mre\u017eu koju odlikuje takva nelinearnost i nepredvidljivost \u2013 je naro\u010dito va\u017eno biti strate\u0161ki spreman.
